The Palm Club is a gated community in central West Palm Beach made up of three villages, each with its own association. Village 1 has condos and villas, Village 2 has condos, and Village 3 has 93 single-family homes. The main gate is on Military Trail, with a residents-only gate on Village Boulevard.
Village 1 (395 units) has a clubhouse, heated pool, tennis courts, walking and cycling paths and two lakes. Village 2 (376 units, studios to 3 bedrooms) has a heated pool, tennis and racquetball courts, paths and three lakes. Source.
Tri-Palm Security, a committee with one board member from each village, oversees Green Pine Boulevard, the front and back gates and the guard house, which is staffed 24 hours a day. Dues are not published, so confirm with each village association. Source.
