Utilities and Connections by County and City: How to Start Service When You Buy or Sell in South Florida
Here is the easy way and the manual way to get your power, water and more switched over when you buy or sell a home on the Treasure Coast and in the Palm Beaches.
The easy way: our complimentary concierge service
Our complimentary concierge service will transfer everything for you to take away the stress. Your electric, water, internet and more are set up and moved over by the concierge team, so you skip the hold music and the forms. There is no cost to you. Once your deposit is in escrow, I start it for you. Just tell me your move date and the services you want.
Call or text me at 772.475.5371 and I will start your concierge request today.
The manual way: start service yourself by county and city
Service areas overlap and change, so always confirm your exact address with the provider. If you are not sure who serves your street, ask me and I will find out.
