VillageWalk is a gated community of 954 residences on 478 acres in Wellington, near Lyons Road and Forest Hill Boulevard. DiVosta Homes built it between 2001 and 2006, with homes ranging from two-bedroom villas to six-bedroom single-family homes, most on cul-de-sac streets along finger lakes.
The Town Center has a resort pool, a lap pool, a gym, tennis, pickleball, basketball and bocce courts, a playground, and a community center with a library, card room and ballroom. There are also about six miles of bike and jogging trails, 112 acres of lakes and a wildlife preserve. Source.

The office is in the Town Center and is open weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Homes do not have their own mailboxes; mail is picked up at the Town Center post office.
