PGA Village is a gated community in Port St. Lucie with more than 2,500 properties in 34 subdivisions. Homes range from condominiums, townhomes and garden villas to single-family and estate homes, and most properties are single-family homes with two to four bedrooms. The Island Club is the community's recreation center, with a fitness center, a heated pool with lap lanes, multi-purpose rooms, four pickleball courts, a tennis court and a large recreational field. Source.

Yes. PGA Village has three gated entrances that are staffed 24/7, and all visitors must be pre-registered in the security system. Source.

Who runs PGA Village?

The PGA Village Property Owners' Association, managed by Castle Group, with its office at 9200 One Putt Place, Port St. Lucie, phone 772-467-1503. Most subdivisions also have their own sub-association, which handles landscaping in that neighborhood. Dues are not published, so confirm with the association. Source.
