Tropic Isle is a waterfront neighborhood of 430 single-family homes just east of Federal Highway and south of Linton Boulevard in Delray Beach. The homes sit on deep-water canals that feed into the Intracoastal Waterway, with no fixed bridges, so boaters can reach either the Boynton Beach Inlet or the Boca Raton Inlet.
No mandatory one. The developer formed a homeowners association and later disbanded it. The Tropic Isle Civic Association took its place; membership is voluntary, and its dues are reported as $50 per household per year (Tropic Isle Civic Association website, checked Oct 30, 2026). Source.
Its nine-member board works to improve the look of the neighborhood, represent the community before government and other groups, and promote goodwill among residents. Source.
HOA dues change; confirm current figures with the association.
