Is club membership required?
Yes. Every homeowner must become a club member, and membership goes through an approval process. Members choose a Sports or Full membership, and a one-time club contribution applies that is not refunded when you sell. Amenities include golf, tennis, pickleball, fitness, a spa, a pool and dining. How is Mizner run?
The Mizner Country Club Master Association covers both the club and the master HOA, and each neighborhood also has its own association. Campbell Property Management manages it, and a sale needs two estoppels, one from the master association and one from the neighborhood.
