Loggers' Run is a master association in Boca Raton made up of many neighborhoods. They include single-family homes, zero-lot-line homes, homes on one- to two-acre wooded lots, half-acre estate homesites, and cluster-style townhomes and villas. Some neighborhoods, such as Island Lakes and Winding Lakes Estates, are gated and have their own associations.
Among them: Cimarron (213 single-family homes), Country Landing One, Two and Three (zero-lot-line single-family homes), Indian Head (200 ranch-style homes), Island Lakes (240 waterfront estate homes, gated), Ponderosa and Tamarron (homes on one- to two-acre wooded lots), Timberwalk and Timberwalk Two (cluster-style townhomes and villas), and Winding Lakes Estates (85 estate homesites, gated). The Loggers' Run Master Association, managed by Campbell Property Management. The management office is at 9900-A SW 18th Street, Boca Raton, phone 561-451-9992. Every owner pays the master maintenance fee, and some neighborhoods add their own association fee. Dues are not published, so confirm with the association. Source.
