Its roughly 700 acres hold 771 residences, from villa-style condos and golf cottages to patio homes and custom estate homes. Nearly every home has a golf course or lake view. Two 18-hole championship courses, the Tom Fazio Gold Course and the Frank Duane Blue Course, anchor the club, along with tennis, pickleball, fitness and dining.
